摘要
针对复杂图像脉冲噪声的处理问题,本文基于非线性滤波算法,将开关中值算法和最小相邻图像均方差参数自调整算法结合起来,提出了一种针对脉冲噪声的参数自调整开关中值滤波的图像去噪方法。详细介绍了该方法的设计和实现过程,并不需要掌握图像及噪声的确切信息,可以通过参数自调整方法对该去噪算法中的参数进行选择并优化。最后,进行仿真实验并与其它去噪算法比较。仿真和比较结果表明:基于参数自调整开关中值滤波的图像去噪方法对脉冲噪声具有较好的抑制能力,而且不影响图像的细节信息,对不同密度的脉冲噪声具有较强的鲁棒性,去噪效果比较理想。
In order to solve the problem of impulse noise existed in complex image,an image denoising method based on parameter self-adjusting switch median filtering is proposed in this paper with combination of switch median algorithm and minimum mean square error of adjacent image parameters self-tuning algorithm. And the design and implementation process of this method are introduced. The parameters selection and optimization of denoising algorithm can be obtained through the parameter self-adjusting method without the exact information of image and noise. Finally,simulation experiments are carried on and the denoising algorithm proposed in this paper is compared with others. Simulation and comparison results show that it has good impulse noise inhibition ability with less influence of image details based on the parameter self-tuning switch median filtering image denoising method. It also has stronger robustness towards different density of impulse noise. So the denoising effect is ideal.
