摘要 传统物资追溯管理系统存在着物资追溯定位准确度低的缺陷,为此提出基于多智能体的船舶建造物资追溯管理系统研究。采用RFID读写设备对物资信息进行识别并存储于计算机中,将上述得到的物资信息依据追溯实体单元概念进行归纳与处理,以处理后的物资信息为依据,采用多智能体技术建立物资追溯管理模型,将信息输入得到相应的关联因子,将关联因子输入到追溯管理算法中,输出物资追溯管理信息,实现了船舶建造物资追溯管理系统的运行。实验结果显示,建立的物资追溯管理系统物资追溯定位准确度比传统系统高出24.1%,说明建立的物资追溯管理系统具备极高的有效性。 The traditional material traceability management system has the defect of low accuracy in material traceability and positioning. Therefore, a multi-agent based ship construction material traceability management system is proposed.The material information is identified and stored in the computer by using RFID reader and writer. The material information obtained above is summarized and processed according to the concept of traceable entity unit. Based on the material information processed, the material traceability management model is established by using multi-agent technology, and the related factors are obtained by inputting the information into the computer. The related factors are input into the traceability management algorithm, and the traceability management information of shipbuilding materials is output, which realizes the operation of the traceability management system of shipbuilding materials. The experimental results show that the accuracy of material traceability management system is 24.1% higher than that of traditional system, which shows that the material traceability management system has a very high effectiveness.
