摘要
针对我国重要产品追溯系统的复用性及实用性,分析了当前追溯系统模型构建、追溯编码和追溯依据存在问题的根源,以提高追溯信息的完整性、追溯系统的适应性、系统与业务的吻合度为目标,研究了追溯过程模型、追溯码编码方法、追溯领域模型和追溯数据集成方法等组成的追溯领域模型,该模型已在多个重要产品追溯体系建设示范工程规划设计中应用,结果表明该模型在复用性和实用性上优势明显.
Aiming at the reusability and practicability of China's important product traceability system, this study analyses the root causes of the problems of current traceability system model construction, traceability coding, and traceability basis. To improve the integrity of traceability information, the adaptability of traceability system and the consistency between system, and business, the traceability process model, traceability coding method, traceability domain model, and traceability data integration method are studied. This model has been applied in the planning and design of several important product traceability system construction demonstration projects. The results show that the model has obvious advantages in reusability and practicability.
