摘要
研究了在甘油—乙醇介质中用 ,分光光度法测定烟草中硫含量的方法。该法可应用于各种烟草样品分析 ,具有简单、快捷、实用等优点 ,硫含量在 0～ 50 0 μg/ 2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律 。
An effective method for determination of sulphur in tobacco in the medium of glycerol and ethanol is reported by spectrophotometer.The method can be applied to determine sulphur in to bacco with satisfactory results.It is simple,rapid and practical.The linear range of detection is 0-500μg/ml with satisfactory results.
