摘要
以百里酚作显色剂,用分光光度法测定烟叶中氨的显色条件[1]。在氯胺T存在和碱性条件下,百里酚和氨生成稳定的水溶性有色化合物。该化合物在670nm处有最大吸收峰,体系中氨的浓度在0~6μg/ml范围内符合比耳定律。用于测定烟叶中的氨,回收率为96%~100%,相对标准偏差小于0.30%。
A spectrophotometric method is presented for the determination of ammonia in tobacco. Determination of ammonia based on the reaction with Chloramine-T and Thymol to give a color compound in an alkaline solution. The maxium absorbance of the compound is at 670nm, and Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~6μg/ml. Ammonia in tobacco were determined by the proposed method, and its recovery rate is 96%~100%, relative standard deviation is less than 0.30%.
