摘要
新质生产力是在科技革命和产业变革背景下,由习近平总书记提出的新概念。新质生产力超越了传统生产力,强调文化与科技的深度融合,有助于促进非物质文化遗产的保护与传承。当前非遗保护与传承面临数据管理不完善、传承人技术鸿沟、创意与技术融合不足、制度性障碍等困境。对此,亟须从建立高质量的非遗大数据体系、构建多元共生的传承人保护体系、推动非遗与技术产业融合、塑造新型生产关系等多种发展路径重塑非遗文化空间,最终实现非遗传承和保护的可持续发展。
The new quality productivity exceeds the traditional productivity and emphasizes the deep integration of culture and science and technology,which helps to promote the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.At present,the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage are faced with such difficulties as imperfect data management,technical gap of inheritors,insufficient integration of creativity and technology,and institutional obstacles.In this regard,it is urgent to rebuild the intangible cultural space through various development paths,such as establishing a high-quality intangible cultural heritage big data system,constructing a multi-symbiotic heritage protection system,promoting the integration of intangible cultural heritage and technology industry,and shaping new production relations,so as to finally realize the sustainable development of non-genetic inheritance and protection.
