不同遮荫处理的红花龙胆代谢组学研究

Metabolomics Study on Gentiana rhodantha with Different Shading Treatments

摘要 通过研究不同光照处理下红花龙胆代谢物变化,分析其主要代谢路径,并筛选参与光照胁迫的关键差异代谢物。结果表明,共检测到1298个代谢物,其中MS45 vs MS0中共检测到196个差异表达成分,53个表达上调,143个表达下调;MS90 vs MS0中检测到165个差异表达成分,59个表达上调,106个表达下调;MS90 vs MS45中共检测到90个差异表达成分,57个表达上调,33个表达下调。富集分析显示,三个比较组共经过6条相同的富集通路,4条显著富集。黄酮类化合物占所检测到总代谢物的48%,黄酮和黄酮醇类占黄酮类化合物的67.4%,黄酮和黄酮醇类是光照胁迫响应中的重要差异代谢物;KEGG富集分析表明,不同光照处理的红花龙胆代谢物数量差异显著,主要受黄酮和黄酮醇类向上积累模式的影响,是参与红花龙胆对强光照胁迫响应的关键物质。代谢组学方法能够快速且有效地分析不同遮荫处理的红花龙胆体内代谢物变化,其代谢物在一定程度上能反映红花龙胆在不同光照处理代谢物变化的规律和生理生态响应。 This study aims to reveals the differences in metabolites of Gentiana rhodantha under different light treatments,analyzes its main metabolic pathways,and screens for key differential metabolites involved in light stress.The results showed that a total of 1298 metabolites could be detected,of which 196 differentially expressed components were detected in MS45 vs MS0,53 were upregulated,and 143 were downregulated.A total of 165 differentially expressed components were detected in MS90 vs MS0,with 59 upregulated and 106 downregulated.A total of 90 differentially expressed components were detected in MS90 vs MS45,with 57 upregulated and 33 downregulated.The KEGG enrichment analysis showed that there were 6 identical enrichment pathways in the three comparison groups,with 4 significantly enriched.Flavonoids accounted for 48%of the total detected metabolites,while flavonoids and flavonols accounted for 67.4%of the total flavonoids.Flavonoids and flavonols were important differential metabolites in response to light differences.The differences in the number of metabolites in G.rhodantha under different light treatments,mainly were influenced by the accumulation patterns of upregulation in flavonoids and flavonols,which were key substances involved in the response of G.rhodantha to strong light stress.Metabolomics methods could quickly and effectively analyze the differences in metabolites in G.rhodantha,which was the response the changes in metabolites and physiological ecological under different light treatments,and could provide references for the cultivation of G.rhodantha.
