三段式教学模式在基础护理学专业课程的应用

摘要 目的 探讨三段式教学模式在基础护理学专业课程的应用效果。方法 选取长春中医药大学2019级4个班级的本科护生,其中两个班级109名学生作为对照组,实施传统教学方法,另两个班级106名学生作为干预组,实施三段式教学模式,结局指标为学习成绩、自主学习能力及人文关怀能力。结果 干预组学生理论成绩、实践技能成绩及总成绩、自主学习能力、人文关怀能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 基础护理学中三段式教学模式的实施,可提高护生的学习成绩、自主学习能力,改善护生人文关怀能力,具有较好的教学效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of three-stage teaching mode in the course of Basic Nursing.Methods Four undergraduate nursing classes from 2019 cohort at Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected.Two classes with 109 students were selected as the control group,receiving traditional teaching method,while the other two classes with 106 students were selected as the intervention group,receiving the three-stage teaching mode.Outcome indicators included academic performance,self-directed learning ability,and humanistic care ability.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,overall performance,self-directed learning ability,and humanistic care ability and all dimensions were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions The implementation of the three-stage teaching mode in Basic Nursing can improve nursing students' academic performance,self-directed learning ability and humanistic care ability,demonstrating a positive teaching effect.
