综合设计性实验在中药化学实验中的应用——以三七总皂苷的提取纯化实验为例

摘要 本文在中药化学实验中引入综合设计性实验,并结合专业特点和地方高校特色,以道地药材三七为实验对象,以“三七总皂苷的提取纯化”为实验项目,探索综合设计性实验在中药化学实验中的应用。此实验模式综合性强,能显著提高学生的综合能力、分析解决问题的能力,加深对所学理论知识的理解,培养学生的科研探索能力,充分体现以学生为中心,以学生为本的教学理念。 In this paper,the comprehensive design experiment is introduced into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Chemistry,and combined with the characteristics of the profession and the characteristics of local colleges and universities,authentic medicinal herbs Panax notoginseng is taken as the experimental object,exploring the application of comprehensive design experiments in Traditional Chinese Medicine Chemistry experiments.This experimental mode is highly comprehensive,which can significantly improve students’comprehensive ability and ability to analyze and solve problems,deepen the understanding of the theoretical knowledge learned,cultivate students’ability of scientific research and exploration,and fully embody the teaching philosophy of student-centered and student-oriented.
