摘要
近年来国家大力推行建筑工程项目管理模式改革,其目的是整合原有碎片化工程设计咨询服务,强化技术和管理的统合作用。以重庆两江协同创新区核心区所开展的建筑工程项目全过程管理实践探索为例,从模式创新、模式支撑、模式成效三方面解析了基于城市总设计师制、建筑师负责制、EPC工程总承包模式、项目负责人和全过程咨询的五位一体全过程管理模式及实施要点,为国内其他城市开展多模式整合的全过程管理实践提供模式和经验借鉴。
The government has been continuously advancing the reform of the management model for construction projects,with the goal of integrating the currently fragmented engineering consultancy services and reinforcing the unifying role of technical management.Taking the whole process management of construction projects in the core area of the Chongqing Liangjiang Coordinative Zone as an example,this study analyzes a five-in-one integrated management model based on the chief urban designer system,architect responsibility system,EPC,project leader system,and whole process engineering consulting system.This provides experience for other cities to carry out the whole process management based on the multi-model integration.
