双金属冶金复合换热管与挠性管板焊接工艺研究

摘要 为研究SA-213M.T11+SA-213M.TP347H双金属冶金复合换热管与14Cr1Mo挠性管板管子-管板焊接工艺,通过渗透检测、射线检测、宏观检测、焊缝尺寸测量、微观组织观察及硬度值和拉脱力测量等试验,确定了对换热管封口焊接+首层少量填丝+填充+盖面的焊接顺序,焊接接头成形美观、焊接质量稳定良好。结果表明,接头焊缝下部区域为柱状树枝晶和等轴晶的铁素体+贝氏体组织,接头焊缝上部区域为柱状树枝晶的奥氏体组织。接头焊缝上部区域硬度值低于焊缝下部区域硬度值约20HV10。该研究工作对于后续相关产品焊接工艺的选择具有参考意义。 To investigate the tube to tubesheet welding technology of bimetal metallurgical composite heat exchange tube that material was SA-213M.T11+SA-213M.TP347H and radial tubesheet that material was 14Cr1Mo,through penetration testing,X-ray testing,macro testing,weld size measurement,microstructure observation,hardness and pull-out load measurement,the welding sequence of the heat exchange tube seal welding+a small amount of wire filling in the first layer+filling+cover was determined.The welding joint was beautiful in shape and stable in quality.The results show that lower region of the joint weld is composed of ferrite+bainite with columnar dendrites and equiaxed crystal,while the upper region of the joint weld is composed of austenite with columnar dendrites crystal.The hardness of the upper part of the joint weld is about 20HV10 lower than that of the lower part.The research work provides a reference for the selection of welding technology of relational product welding.
