摘要
为了加深对常见于炼油及石油化工中多功能区段换热结构的认识,结合一系列典型案例总结了各种结构,包括反应器及其撇热换热器的分体式管连结构、分体式直连结构、分体式内连结构、一体化设备结构以及复合其他功能的换热器等4种类型,对每一类又基于工艺技术、结构专门技术及功能等特点进行了细分。在此基础上讨论了多功能区段换热结构的概念,概括了一些相关特点,最后提出了一些技术问题和发展方向。
In order to deepen the understanding of the basic structure of multi-zone functional heat exchangers commonly used in oil refining,petrochemical industry and other chemical industries,a series of typical cases were combined to summarize various structures,including four types of multi-zone heat exchangers and multi-section multi-connection heat exchangers with main heat exchange function,and section direct connection and section integrated heat exchange equipment with other functions for heat exchange combination.The characteristics of each type are subdivided,such as the combination method based on the section structure,whether it can be detachable and the overall installation of the equipment.On this basis,the concept of multi-zone functional heat exchanger is discussed,to summarize some relevant characteristics.Finally,some technical problems and development directions are put forward.
