摘要
目的探析对气滞血瘀证骨质疏松腰椎骨折患者运用椎体成型术、桃红四物汤联合治疗的效果及对患者腰椎功能与疼痛度的影响。方法以选取盐城市大丰中医院(盐城市大丰区老年医院)2022年1月至2024年6月收治的88例气滞血瘀证骨质疏松腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法均分为两组,每组各为44例。两组都实行椎体成型术治疗,对照组在患者手术后予以骨质疏松药物治疗,观察组则在患者手术后配合桃红四物汤治疗。对两组应用不同治疗方案的治疗疗效、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评估法(VAS)评分进行评估比对。结果实施治疗后,观察组比对照组VAS评分、ODI评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,且并发症总发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对于气滞血瘀证骨质疏松腰椎骨折患者的治疗,运用椎体成型术、桃红四物汤联合治疗方案的效果确切,可有效降低患者疼痛度,改善椎体功能,提高治疗有效性,减少并发症。
Objective Exploring the effect of vertebral body shaping surgery and Taohong Siwu Tang combined treatment on patients with osteoporotic lumbar fractures due to qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,as well as their impact on lumbar spine function and pain.Methods A total of 88 patients with Osteoporosis with lumbar fracture due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis from Yancheng Dafeng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Yancheng Dafeng District Geriatric Hospital)from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with vertebroplasty,the control group was treated with osteoporosis drug after surgery,and the observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction after surgery.Evaluate and compare the therapeutic efficacy,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores of two groups using different treatment regimens.Results After treatment,VAS scores and ODI scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For the treatment of osteoporosis and lumbar spine fracture with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,the combined treatment of vertebroplasty and Taohong Siwu decoction is effective,which can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients,improve the function of vertebral body,improve the effectiveness of treatment and reduce complications.
