摘要
教育家精神凝聚着高超的实践造诣与教育成就,是“伦理—德性精神”与“科学—理性精神”的统一,也是“技”与“德”的统一。当前,教育家精神已经成为一种彰显职业道德、职业能力与职业品质的“精神符号”。“大国工匠”培养需要强调“技育”与“德育”相融合,这与教育家精神存在高度契合。教育家精神与“大国工匠”培养在目标要求上存在逻辑一致性,可以对“大国工匠”培养进行精准价值定位,并可以引领“大国工匠”培养的实践探索。当前,教育家精神融入“大国工匠”培养存在诸多障碍:传统的职业偏见导致融入的观念缺位;教师精神成长的环境脆弱导致融入的动力不足;单一化的职业教育体系导致融入的机制不畅。为此,需要以教育家的理想信念为内核重塑“大国工匠”培养理念;以教育家的育人智慧推进“大国工匠”培养的机制创新;以教育家的躬耕态度与弘道追求精神为动力,聚合“大国工匠”培养的优质资源。
The spirit of educators epitomizes exceptional pedagogical acumen and practical mastery,which is the unity of"ethics virtue spirit"and"science rationality spirit",as well as the unity of"technology"and"morality".Today,the spirit of educators has become a"spiritual symbol"that demonstrates professional ethics,professional abilities,and professional qualities.The cultivation of"National⁃level Master Artisans"requires an emphasis on the integration of"technical education"and"moral education",which is highly in line with the spirit of educators.The spirit of educators and the cultivation of"National⁃level Master Artisans"have logical consistency in their goal requirements,which can accurately position the value of"great country craftsmen"cultivation and lead the practical exploration of"National⁃level Master Artisans"cultivation.Currently,there are many obstacles to integrating the spirit of educators into the cultivation of"National⁃level Master Artisans":traditional professional biases lead to a"lack of ideas"for integration;The fragile environment for teachers'spiritual growth leads to a lack of motivation for integration;The singularity of the vocational education system has led to a lack of smooth integration mechanisms.Therefore,it is necessary to reshape the concept of cultivating"National⁃level Master Artisans"with the ideal beliefs of educators as the core;Innovate the mechanism of cultivating"National⁃level Master Artisans"with the educational wisdom of educators;Driven by the diligent attitude of educators and the spirit of promoting the Way,we gather high⁃quality resources cultivated by the"National⁃level Master Artisans".
