摘要
闽楠(Phoebe bournei)为我国特有重点保护野生植物,研究不同播种环境对其种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,对促进闽楠种群天然更新有重要意义。以闽楠种子为材料,采用析因试验设计,设置5因素[林冠层(G)、纱网网罩(Pr)、盖土(E)、凋落物(L)和土壤微生物(P)]2水平播种试验,共计32个处理组合,分析种子萌发及幼苗存活、地径和苗高的差异,探析影响闽楠种子萌发和幼苗生长的环境因子。结果表明,不同播种处理组合的种子萌发率和成苗率及幼苗存活率、地径和苗高均差异显著;林冠下(G1)、有纱网保护(Pr1)或盖土(E1)处理的种子萌发和幼苗生长总体优于非林冠下(G0)、无纱网保护(Pr0)或不盖土(E0)处理。种子萌发最佳处理组合为非林冠-有纱网保护-盖土-覆盖凋落物-不杀菌(G_(0)Pr_(1)E_(1)L_(1)P_(0)),其种子最大萌发数为31粒,种子萌发率为60.67%,种子成苗率为58.00%;幼苗生长最佳处理组合为林冠-有纱网保护-盖土-覆盖凋落物-不杀菌(G_(1)Pr_(1)E_(1)L_(1)P_(0)),其幼苗存活率为98.85%,地径为2.74 mm,苗高为23.60 cm。环境因子对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响表现为盖土>林冠层>纱网网罩>凋落物>土壤微生物;其中,盖土对种子萌发影响最大,林冠层对幼苗生长影响最大。种子和幼苗生长于非林冠下、裸露于地表和被动物取食为闽楠在天然更新过程中种子萌发率低和幼苗死亡率高的主要原因。
Phoebe bournei is key protected wild plant endemic to China.Study on effects of different sowing environments on seed germination and seedling growth of P.bournei had great significance for promoting natural regeneration of P.bournei populations.Taking P.bournei seeds as materials,by analytic factorial experimental design,sowing experiment was set up including 5 factors[crown canopy(G),covering mesh(Pr),covering soil(E),litter(L)and soil microorganism(P)]and 2 levels with total of 32 treatment combinations.Seed germination,seedling survival,seedling ground diameter and seedling height were analyzed,and environmental factors impacting seed germination and seedling growth of P.bournei were explored.Results showed that there were significant differences in seed germination rate,seedling establishment rate of seeds,seedling survival rate,seedling ground diameter and seedling height among different sowing treatment combinations.Seed germinations and seedling growths in treatments of crown canopy(G1),covering mesh protection(Pr1)or covering soil(E1)were better than those in treatments of non-crown canopy(G0),no covering mesh protection(Pr0)or no covering soil(E0)in total.Optimal treatment combination for seed germination was non-crown canopy-covering mesh protection-covering soil-covering litter-no sterilization(G_(0)Pr_(1)E_(1)L_(1)P_(0)),in which maximum number of seed germination was 31,seed germination rate was 60.67%,and seedling establishment rate of seeds was 58.00%.Optimal treatment combination for seedling growth was crown canopy-covering mesh protection-covering soil-covering litter-no sterilization(G_(1)Pr_(1)E_(1)L_(1)P_(0)),in which seedling survival rate was 98.85%,ground diameter was 2.74 mm,and seedling height was 23.60 cm.Effects of environmental factors on seed germination and seedling growth were ranked as covering soil>crown canopy>covering mesh>litter>soil microorganism.Covering soil had the greastest effect on seed germination,and crown canopy had the greastest effect on seedling growth.Low seed germination rate and high seedling mortality rate in P.bournei natural regeneration were mainly caused by seeds and seedlings growed in non-crown canopy and exposed on grounds and animals feed.
