全自动多通道变间距移液枪的设计与开发

摘要 针对目前变间距移液枪价格昂贵且变间距范围较小的问题,研制了一款结构简单、变间距范围广的全自动多通道移液枪,其可以在9~68 mm大范围内实现间距变换。文中介绍了该移液枪的机械结构和控制系统的设计计算过程,并对移液枪的移液精度、变间距精度、多挡位变间距等性能进行了试验。试验结果表明,该移液枪具有较高的工作效率和兼容性,移液精度和变间距精度满足工作需求,同时具有变间距范围广的特点,可以适应多种液体处理场合。 Aiming at the current problem of expensive variable pitch pipette gun and small range of variable pitch,a fully automatic multi-channel pipette gun with simple structure and wide range of variable pitch is developed,which can realize the pitch change in a wide range of 9~68 mm.This paper describes the mechanical structure of the pipette gun and the design and calculation process of the control system.The performance of the pipette gun in terms of pipette accuracy,variable pitch accuracy,and multi-channel variable pitch is tested.The test results show that the pipette gun has high working efficiency and compatibility,the pipette accuracy and variable pitch accuracy meet the working requirements,and it also has a wide range of variable pitch,which can be adapted to a variety of liquid handling occasions.
