摘要
目的探讨中医药院校课程思政建设的影响因素,开发切实高效的中医药院校课程思政建设行为路径分析模型,力求解决中医药院校课程思政建设过程中面临的难题。方法应用结构方程模型,通过自制量表进行路径系数和中介效应进行测量。结果教学理念、师德风范、教学效果、教学过程正向影响课程思政价值体现;师德风范、教学效果在课程思政价值体现中起中介作用。结论以转换教学理念为主体,优化课程思政教育的标准和尺度;以师德风范为引领,强化课程思政建设的目标和方向;以中医药专业知识技能为载体,深化课程思政建设的内涵和底蕴。
Objective To explore the influencing factors on the construction of courses with ideological and political elements in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)universities,develop a practical and efficient behavioral path analysis model of courses with ideological and political elements,and seek to solve the difficulties faced in the process of courses with ideological and political elements in TCM universities.Methods Structural equation modelling(SEM)was applied,path coefficients and mediating effects were measured by self-made scales.Results Teaching philosophy,teachers'moral character,teaching effectiveness,and teaching process positively affect the embodied value of courses with ideological and political elements;teachers'moral character and teaching effectiveness play a mediating role in the embodied value of courses with ideological and political elements.Conclusion With the conversion of teaching philosophy as the main body,the standards and scales of courses with ideological and political elements are optimized;with the teachers'moral character as the leading force,the goals and directions of courses with ideological and political elements are strengthened;with the professional knowledge and skills of TCM as the carrier,the connotation and connotation of courses with ideological and political elements are deepened.
