摘要
针对中医方剂学现代研究的几个关键问题,从转化医学的角度进行了初步探讨。提出中医方剂学现代研究应借鉴转化医学理念,以临床应用为目标,加强中医方证、复方物质基础和临床疗效再评价研究,切实促进基础研究与临床应用的紧密结合,将基础研究成果快速转向临床应用,最终提高临床疗效,促进中医药学术发展。
This article discusses several essential issues on current studies of formula of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） from a translational medicine perspective. It proposes that modern studies of TCM formula should refer to the ideas of translational medicine and aim on clinical application. Studies on TCM formula and syndrome,substantial basis of multi-medicinal formula and reevaluation on clinical efficacy should be enhanced,the combination of basic research and clinical application should be positively promoted to transfer the achievement from preclinical studies into clinical practice,and finally to improve clinical efficacy.
