摘要
化工行业是我国国民经济发展中不可或缺的重要支撑产业之一,与人民群众的社会生产与日常生活有着极为密切的联系。鉴于化工建设项目的高污染、高风险特性,对生态环境和人群健康造成潜在威胁。本文旨在对化工建设项目环境影响特点进行分析,探讨化工建设项目环境影响技术评估工作要点,为化工建设项目环境影响评价提供参考。
As one of the indispensable and important supporting industries,chemical industry has extremely close connections with the social production and daily life of the people.Chemical construction projects,in view of the high pollution and high-risk characteristics,have potential threats to the ecological environment and human health.This paper analyses the environment impact of chemical construction projects,and discusses the key points about environmental impact technical assessment of chemical construction projects,hoping to provide reference for the environment impact assessment of chemical construction projects.
