以隔声窗作为交通运输噪声控制措施的行政纠纷为例,阐明行政纠纷案情,分析行政案例裁判要旨,为交通建设项目环境影响评价审批工作提供借鉴。
Taking the administrative dispute of sound insulation windows as traffic noise control measures as an example,this paper expounds the case of administrative dispute,analyses the gist of administrative case judgment,and provides reference for the approval of environmental impact assessment of traffic construction projects.
