摘要
{乘}是我国古代重要的车辆单位。它产生于西周晚期,此后传世和出土文献共出现过“椉”“■”“■”“■”“■”“乗”“■”“乘”8个字位记录。早期习用字位“椉”记录,从从木,构形理据清晰;战国时期,文字异形,出现了“■”“■”“■”“■”四种变体;秦汉至宋元时期习用字位“乗”记录;明清以来习用字位“乘”记录。汉字的“表达律”、书写变异和社会因素都在车辆单位{乘}的用字史上产生过重要影响。
{乘}is an important vehicle unit in ancient China.It was born in the late Western Zhou Dynasty.Since then,there are 8 character records of“椉”“■”“■”“■”“■”“乗”“■”and“乘”in handed down and unearthed documents.The customary characters that were sent after troops were recorded in the early period,with clear structural reasoning.During the Warring States Period,there were four variants of“■”“■”“■”and“■”.From Qin,Han,to Song and Yuan dynasties,the customary character“乗”was recorded.Since Ming and Qing Dynasties,the character bit“乘”has been commonly recorded.The“expression law”of Chinese characters,writing variation and social factors all have an important influence on the character history of vehicle unit{乘}.
