With the continuous development of technology and the expansion of application scenarios,BIM technology enables all parties involved to communicate and collaborate more effectively throughout the entire project cycle by achieving information sharing and collaborative work,thereby effectively improving cost control efficiency and engineering quality.By comprehensively utilizing BIM,IoT,and big data analysis,the application of prefabricated building comprehensive management can be realized,covering contract management,optimized design schemes,construction site management,and establishing reward and punishment mechanisms.Its application in construction project management has broad and profound significance.
