摘要
工程造价管理是建筑工程中的一项重要管理工作,它可以充分地反映项目建设中的各项经济指标。然而,由于建筑工程项目受到多种因素的影响,致使工程管理一直处于动态的变化过程中,工程造价也会随着工程的变化而变化,因此,要加强对工程造价的精细化管理,对建筑工程中各阶段影响造价的因素进行分析,并借助建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术,采取相应的处理措施,提出改善建筑工程造价管理水平的对策,保证建筑企业的综合效益。
Engineering cost management is an important management work in construction engineering,which can fully reflect various economic indicators in project construction.However,due to the impact of various factors on the construction project,the project management is a dynamic process of change,and the engineering cost will also change with the change of the project.Therefore,it strengthens the refined management of engineering costs,analyzes the factors that affect the cost at each stage of construction projects,and use building information modeling technology to take corresponding treatment measures,and put forward countermeasures to improve the level of engineering cost management and ensure the comprehensive benefits of construction enterprises.
