摘要
当前我国高校学生管理,既要把握难得的机遇,也要应对可能的挑战,探索适应大数据时代需求的学生管理优化途径,已成为高校管理体系改革的核心议题.因此,高校需要秉承持续创新的理念,通过数据分析与梳理,构建科学有效的学生管理体系,从而在大数据浪潮中稳步前行,并找到正确的发展方向.
In the analysis of the influence of big data technology on the education of colleges and universities in China,it is found that it has a significant impact on the management of students.Through the information means,it is helpful for the management of colleges and universities to carry out relevant affairs in an orderly manner,but the challenges faced cannot be ignored.This requires universities and their management workers to clarify the existing problems and find improvement measures on this basis.At present,the management of college students in China should not only grasp the rare opportunities,but also deal with the possible difficulties.Exploring the ways to optimize the management of students to meet the needs of the new era has become the core issue of the reform of the management system of colleges and universities.Therefore,colleges and universities need to adhere to the concept of continuous innovation,through data analysis and combing,to build a scientific and effective student management system,so as to move forward steadily in the wave of big data,and find the right direction of development.In view of this topic,this study aims to explore the optimization path of college students'management in the era of big data,and provide theoretical support for solving practical problems.
