摘要
新时代高校“一站式”学生社区作为中国特色社会主义大学治理体系下的重要育人平台,在构建思想政治工作新生态中扮演着关键角色。然而,在实际工作中还存在着功能定位不甚明晰、管理模式不够灵活、育人环境不尽理想等现实问题。为了应对这些挑战,高校应当积极探索创新路径,不断强化党的领导,持续优化育人环境,着力提升服务与管理水平,确保优质的育人资源能够集中投入“一站式”学生社区建设中,以此来有效提升一流人才的自主培养质量和培养效率。
In the new era,"one-stop"student communities in colleges and universities serve as an important educational platform within the governance system of universities with Chinese socialist characteristics,playing a key role in creating a new ecosystem for ideological and political work.However,practical issues such as unclear functional positioning,inflexible management models,and suboptimal educational environments still exist.To address these challenges,colleges and universities should actively explore innovative approaches,continuously strengthen the leadership of the Party,persistently optimize the educational environment,and focus on improving the level of service and management.This will ensure that high-quality educational resources can be concentrated on the construction of"one-stop"student communities,thereby effectively enhancing the quality and efficiency of autonomous talent cultivation.
