摘要
针对目前研究生培养存在的分散重复、效率不高等问题,以物流与供应链管理学科方向为例,从研究生培养参与主体、招生方式、培养过程、课程体系、导师队伍等方面探索研究生协同创新培养的动因。从主体协同创新视角出发,着手培养基地、培养模式和运行机制等搭建研究生“政产学研用”协同创新培养体系,以期培养具有实践能力、创新能力和国际化视野的高素质研究生,促进物流与供应链管理一流学科建设。
At present,postgraduate training are repeated,the efficiency is not high.In the fields of logistics and supply chain management as an example,from the training participants,postgraduate enrollment,training,curriculum system,tutors and other aspects to explore training motivation collaborative innovation of postgraduate students.From the perspective of collaborative innovation of the main body,through the construction of the postgraduate training base,training mode and operation mechanism,the paper builds a“government-industry-university-research-application”collaborative innovation training system,in order to cultivate practical ability,innovation ability and the quality of international vision,to promote the logistics and supply chain management first-class discipline construction.
