摘要
针对设计企业总承包项目管理人才存在不足的问题,本文以某设计企业所执行的某90兆瓦光伏总承包项目部为依托,分析设计企业在总承包项目履约过程中的典型问题,探索提升设计企业青年员工总承包项目履约能力的实践途径,通过一系列的具体实践,取得了不错的实践成果,项目最终按照总承包合同要求圆满完成项目履约目标,青年员工的总承包项目履约能力得到有效提高。
In view of the insufficient problem of project management talents in design enterprises,this paper takes the EPC project department of a 90MW photovoltaic project undertaken by a design enterprise as the research object,analyzes the typical problems of design enterprises in the process of EPC project contract performance,explores the practical ways to improve the EPC project contract performance ability of young employees of design enterprises,and finally achieves good practical results through a series of specific practices.The project finally completed the project contract performance goal according to the requirements of the EPC contract,and the EPC project contract performance ability of young employees was effectively improved.
