摘要
目的研究龙血竭油联合富血小板血浆在糖尿病足创面修复中的应用效果。方法选取乌鲁木齐市友谊医院接受治疗的80例糖尿病足难愈合创面的患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为对照组和研究组,对照组行常规清创换药加富血小板血浆(PRP),研究组行龙血竭油联合富血小板血浆,对比两组患者治疗前,治疗7 d、14 d、28 d伤口愈合程度、治疗28 d治疗有效率、治疗前,治疗7 d、14 d、28 d疼痛程度及随访3月美学效果满意度。结果治疗前,两组患者BWAT评分对比差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗7d、14d、28d患者BWAT评分均有下降(P<0.05),研究组BWAT评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者BWAT评分对比存在统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗7d、14d、28d患者VAS评分均有下降(P<0.05),研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组美学效果满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龙血竭油联合富血小板血浆可有效提升糖尿病足慢性难愈性创面修复效果,降低疼痛程度,提升患者美学效果满意度。
Objective To study the effect of dragon blood exhaust oil combined with platelet-rich plasma in diabetic foot wound repair.Methods Eighty cases of patients with difficult-to-heal wounds of diabetic foot treated in Friendship Hospital of Urumqi City were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table,the control group performed routine debridement and dressing change plus platelet-rich plasma(PRP),and the study group performed Longxuejiao oil combined with platelet-rich plasma,comparing the two groups of patients with the degree of healing of the wounds before the treatment,the degree of wound healing of the treatment for 7d,14d,28d,the degree of pain and satisfaction of aesthetic effect of follow-up for 3 months.treatment effective rate,before treatment,treatment 7 d,14 d,28 d pain degree and follow-up 3 months aesthetic effect satisfaction.Results Before treatment,the difference between the BWAT scores of patients in the two groups was statistically significant when compared(P>0.05),and the BWAT scores of patients in the treatment of 7 d,14 d,and 28 d decreased(P<0.05),and the BWAT scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was statistical significance in the comparison of BWAT scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and the VAS scores of the patients in the treatment of 7d,14d,and 28d decreased(P<0.05),and the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The aesthetic effect satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Long haematopoietic oil combined with platelet-rich plasma effectively enhances the effect of chronic difficult-to-heal wound repair in diabetic foot,reduces the degree of pain,and improves the patient's satisfaction with the aesthetic outcome.
