富血小板血浆在创面修复的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 富血小板血浆(platelet-richplasma,PRP)来源于自身血液,是经过离心自体血浆获得的高浓度血小板的血浆成分。由于PRP含有高浓度的血小板,故被认为是促进创面修复安全而有效的“修复剂”[1]。近年来,将PRP应用在创面修复的基础和临床研究已成为热点,现就当前PRP的制备及促进创面愈合的机制、在创面修复的应用及其优势与不足等方面的研究现状进行综述,旨在为临床创面修复提供参考。 Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)is a concentration of platelets obtained by centrifugation of blood,which has been widely used in orthopedics,stomatology and other disciplines.The healing process of wound consists of three stages:inflammation,proliferation and remodeling,which are regulated by various growth factors and cytokines.Platelet-rich plasma contains a variety of growth factors,which can accelerate the proliferation and differentiation of cells,promote the synthesis of extracellular matrix.It also has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial characteristics,and is increasingly used in promoting wound repair.Based on the relevant researches on PRP in wound treatment at home and abroad in recent years,the preparation of PRP,the mechanism of PRP promoting wound healing,the application of PRP in wound repair and its advantages and disadvantages are reviewed.
