摘要
针对压气站使用的离心式压缩机,设计防喘阀的气动执行机构及其气动控制系统。所设计的气动执行机构适用于轴流式调节阀,具有响应速度快、安全可靠的优点。论述防喘阀气动执行机构的结构设计和工作原理,阐述气动控制系统各部件的设计思路、功能以及关键元器件的选型。试验结果验证了,该气动执行机构及其气动控制系统能够满足防喘阀快速打开的需求,满足设计要求。
Aiming at centrifugal compressor used in compressor station,the pneumatic actuator and pneumatic control system of anti-surge valve are designed.The designed pneumatic actuator is suitable for axial flow control valve,and has the advantages of fast response speed,safety and reliability.This paper discusses the structure design and working principle of pneumatic actuator of anti-surge valve,and expounds the design idea,function and selection of key components of pneumatic control system.The test results verify that the pneumatic actuator and its pneumatic control system can meet the requirements of rapid opening of the antisurge valve and meet the design requirements.
