摘要
针对现有制动回路存在的压力冲击大的问题,介绍了一种新型液压制动阀的结构和工作原理,建立其数学模型,借助MATLAB/Simulink进行了动态仿真,结果显示该新型液压制动阀具有制动时间短、冲击小且稳定性好的特点。
For the deficiency of big pressure shock in existing the brake circuit, the principle and structural features of a new kind of load-sensing brake valve is introduced and its mathematical model is established. The dynamic simulation is carried on by MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the new hydraulic brake valve has a short braking time, small shock and good stability.
