摘要
目的 探讨综合护理在腰椎小关节骨性关节炎患者MSCT与MRI检查中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月菏泽市立医院接受MSCT、MRI检查的50例腰椎小关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按护理方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以综合护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果 护理前,两组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的检查总依从率为100.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的GCQ评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理有助于缓解MSCT和MRI检查时腰椎小关节骨性关节炎患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高检查的依从性和舒适度,降低不良事件的发生风险,促使患者更好地配合检查,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in MSCT and MRI examination of patients with lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 50 patients with lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis who underwent MSCT and MRI examination in Heze Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of check in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the score of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the score of GCQ in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is helpful to alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients with lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis during MSCT and MRI examination,improve the compliance and comfort of examination,reduce the risk of adverse events,and promote patients to better cooperate with the examination,which is worthy of promotion.
