摘要
目的调查东莞市滨海湾新区梅毒感染者梅毒防治知识的知晓率,并分析其健康教育的需求。方法选取东莞市滨海湾中心医院2022年6月—2023年6月接诊的1000例梅毒感染者作为研究对象。通过问卷调查的方式对研究对象的梅毒防治知识知晓情况展开调查,观察不同高危人群、不同年龄层、不同性别与不同文化程度群体对梅毒防治知识知晓情况,并分析研究对象的健康教育需求。结果1000例梅毒高危患者中,男男性行为者对梅毒防治知识知晓率最高(83.87%),在校大学生群体对梅毒防治知识知晓率最低(29.92%)。在年龄上,>30~40岁患者对梅毒防治知识知晓率最高(80.41%),16~20岁患者对梅毒防治知识知晓率最低(4.76%)。在性别上,男性患者与女性患者梅毒防治知识知晓率分别为56.08%与58.80%。在文化程度上,高中及中专文化水平患者梅毒防治知识知晓率最高(76.35%),小学文化程度患者梅毒防治知识知晓率最低(34.91%)。在梅毒高危行为意向上,以性行为中从不使用安全套问题最突出。结论东莞市滨海湾新区梅毒感染者的疾病防治知识知晓率仍然处于相对较低的水平,有待采取更具有针对性的健康教育方案对当地梅毒感染者的梅毒防治知识知晓水平加以改善。
Objective To investigate the awareness rate of syphilis prevention and control knowledge among syphilis infected persons in Binhaiwan new area,Dongguan city,and analyze the needs of health education.Methods A total of 1000 cases of syphilis infected in Binhaiwan Central Hospital of Dongguan from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study object.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the awareness of syphilis prevention and control knowledge among the research subjects.The awareness of syphilis prevention and control knowledge among different high-risk groups,age groups,genders,and cultural levels was observed,and the health education needs of the research subjects were analyzed.Results Among the 1000 high-risk syphilis patients,men who had sex with men had the highest awareness rate of syphilis prevention and control knowledge among different high-risk groups(83.87%),while the awareness rate of syphilis prevention and control knowledge among college students was the lowest(29.92%).In terms of age,patients>30-40 years old had the highest awareness rate of syphilis prevention and control knowledge(80.41%),and patients 16-20 years old had the lowest awareness rate(4.76%).In terms of gender,the awareness rates of syphilis prevention and control knowledge among male and female patients were 56.08%and 58.80%,respectively.In terms of educational level,patients with high school and vocational education have the highest awareness rate of syphilis prevention and control knowledge(76.35%),while patients with primary school education have the lowest awareness rate of syphilis knowledge(34.91%).In the high-risk behavior intention of syphilis,the problem of never using condoms in sexual behavior was the most prominent.Conclusion The awareness rate of disease prevention and control knowledge among syphilis infected individuals in Binhaiwan new area,Dongguan city is still relatively low,and more targeted health education programs are needed to improve the awareness level of syphilis prevention and control knowledge among local syphilis infected individuals.
