澳大利亚精英中学拔尖创新人才培养模式及启示

The Cultivation of Outstanding Innovative Talents in Australian Selective High Schools and Its Implication

摘要 设立精英中学是澳大利亚新南威尔士州探索培养拔尖创新人才的新模式。精英中学以追求公平和卓越为目标,实施差异化教学,构建一体多元的校本课程体系,通过自主探究式教学以及深化中学—高校衔接来培养拔尖创新人才。本文对新南威尔士州全制精英中学、部分精英中学、农业中学和奥罗拉学院四类中学进行分析,探讨这些中学在目标设定、路径采取、课程设置、教学设计方面的实践经验,以期为我国深化育人模式改革、探索拔尖创新人才选拔培养路径提供借鉴。 The establishment of selective high schools in New South Wales,Australia,signifies an innovative model for cultivating outstanding innovative talents.These schools strive for both equity and excellence by implementing differentiated instruction and developing an integrated,diverse school-based curriculum.They foster outstanding innovative talents through student-led inquiry-based learning and by strengthening the connection between secondary and higher education.This paper analyzes four types of selective high schools in New South Wales:fully selective high schools,partially selective high schools,agricultural high schools,and Aurora College.It examines the practical experiences of these schools in goal setting,pathway development,curriculum design,and instructional strategies,aiming to provide insights for the educational reform and exploration of selecting and cultivating outstanding innovative talents in China.
