摘要
拔尖创新人才培养是加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国的重要任务。当前,我国基础教育阶段的拔尖创新人才早期培养探索总体上可以分为政府主导和非政府主导两种,均以选拔方式、课程教学、师资力量、组织管理、制度保障等要素作为支撑。作为一项正处于发展阶段的实践探索,拔尖创新人才的早期培养面临选拔方式有待完善、课程教学导向仍存偏差、师资力量适切性不足、制度保障体系不健全等一系列挑战。因此,要从探索多元化培养模式、拓展培养方式、优化支撑体系、形成长效机制、建立健全政策法规等多方面深化基础教育阶段拔尖创新人才早期培养路径。
Cultivating top-notch innovative talents is an important mission to accelerate the modernization of education and build a powerful country of education.At present,the exploration of early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in basic education can be generally divided into government-led and non-government-led,which are supported by the key elements such as selection methods,curriculum teaching,teaching staffs,organizational management,and system guarantee.As a practical exploration in the stage of development,the early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is faced with a series of challenges,such as that the selection methods need to be improved,that the orientation of course teaching is still of deviation,that the teachers'adaptability is insufficient,and that the institutional guarantee systems are not perfect.Therefore,it is necessary to further approaches of early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in the stage of basic education from the following aspects:exploring diversified cultivation modes,extending cultivation methods,optimizing support systems,forming long-term mechanisms,establishing and perfecting policies and regulations,and so on.
