摘要
新质生产力是现代化建设与高质量发展的基石,职业教育承担着发展新质生产力的重要使命。职业教育基于内外逻辑赋能新质生产力,内在逻辑涵盖教师队伍、教学资源和人的全面发展等基础支撑;外部逻辑聚焦人才资源输出供给、科技成果转化应用、社会服务、国际合作等促进作用。推动职业教育赋能新质生产力,需要从内部提质和外部联动两个维度制定策略,内部加强师资队伍建设、提升资源质量、精准定位培养目标,外部强化校企合作、“三教”协同、社会服务与国际合作。此外,政策引导是确保职业教育赋能新质生产力的重要保障。通过内外赋能和政策引导,职业教育将助力新质生产力发展,为经济持续健康发展提供技术支撑和培养技能人才。
The new quality productive forces are the cornerstone for modernization construction and high-quality development.Vocational education undertakes the important mission of developing new quality productive forces.Vocational education empowers new quality productive forces based on internal and external logics.The internal logic encompasses basic supports such as teaching staff,teaching resources and the all-round development of people.The external logic emphasizes the promoting role of the output and supply of talents resources,the transformation and application of scientific and technological advancements,social services and international collaboration.To promote vocational education empowering new quality productive forces,strategies need to be formulated from two dimensions of internal quality improvement and external linkage.Internally,efforts should focus on strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving the quality of resources,and accurately positioning the cultivating objectives.Externally,initiatives should include enhancing school-enterprise partnerships,coordinating"higher education,vocational education and continuing education",expanding social services,and promoting international cooperation.In addition,policy guidance is an important guarantee of vocational education empowering the development of new quality productive forces.Through internal and external enhancement and policy guidance,vocational education will facilitate the growth of new quality productive forces and provide technical support and skilled talents for the sustained and healthy economic development.
