摘要
随着中国人口老龄化和慢性病的高发,预防医学教育变得日益重要。以湖南省老年人糖尿病预防教育的“医教协同”模式为例,探讨了以问题为基础的教学法(problem-basedlearning,PBL)在慢性病预防教育中的应用及其成效。文章重点分析了医学与教育的协同作用,并评估了该模式在糖尿病预防中的实际效果,并探索其在其他慢性病预防教育中运用的可能性。结果表明,“医教协同”是一种有效的预防教育方法,适用于糖尿病及其他慢性病的预防。研究建议,培养医疗与教学兼备的人才,组建“医教协同”的跨学科团队;创新教学内容和方法,改善临床教学的认知态度;鼓励临床医生参与理论教学,以提高临床实践的参与度。此外,通过完善制度建设和增加科研投入,可以推动疾病预防教育的可持续发展。
With the aging population and the high prevalence of chronic diseases in China,preventive medical education has become increasingly important.This study examines the application and effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL)in disease prevention education for specific populations,using the“Medical-Education Collaboration”model in diabetes prevention education for the elderly in Hunan Province as a case study.The article focuses on analyzing the synergistic effects of medicine and education,evaluates the practical outcomes of this model in diabetes prevention,and explores its potential application in the prevention education of other chronic diseases.The results indicate that the“Medical-Education Collaboration”model is an effective approach to preventive education,applicable to diabetes and other chronic diseases.The study recommends cultivating professionals skilled in both medical practice and teaching,forming interdisciplinary teams for medical-education collaboration;innovating teaching content and methods to improve cognitive attitudes in clinical education;and encouraging clinicians to participate in theoretical teaching to enhance engagement in clinical practice.Furthermore,improving institutional frameworks and increasing research investment can promote the sustainable development of disease prevention education.
