摘要
随着人们对口腔健康和美学的重视,错颌畸形的矫治受到广泛关注。正畸治疗是错颌畸形最主要的治疗手段,较长的正畸治疗周期常伴随多种潜在并发症,严重影响患者生活质量。转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)作为一种多功能细胞生长因子,在骨改建、调节炎症反应、诱导间充质干细胞增殖和分化中起关键作用。因此,未来深入研究安全有效且可加速正畸牙移动的方法、探索TGF-β在正畸牙移动过程中的调节机制、拓展TGF-β在正畸治疗中的应用,可以为患者提供更高效的治疗策略。
With the increasing emphasis on oral health and aesthetics,orthodontic treatment has received widespread attention.Orthodontic treatment is the main therapeutic approach for malocclusion,but the long treatment cycle often comes with various potential complications,seriously affecting the quality of life of the patients.Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)is a multifunctional cell growth factor that plays a key role in bone remodeling,regulating inflammatory responses,inducing proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to further study safe and effective methods to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement,explore the regulatory mechanisms of TGF-βin the process of orthodontic tooth movement,and expand the application of TGF-βin orthodontic treatment,which can provide more efficient treatment strategies for the patients.
