福建省蔬菜种质收集、保存、鉴评与利用

摘要 种质资源是蔬菜育种创新的“芯片”,是推动其产业可持续发展的重要物质基础。通过第3次全国农作物种质资源普查与收集工作,福建省共接收并抢救性收集蔬菜资源2091份,涵盖39个科,91个属,126个种或变种。近年来,福建省从园艺性状鉴定、亲缘关系分析、抗病性以及品质测定等多个方面充分挖掘和利用这些多样化的种质资源及遗传信息,基本实现了蔬菜的优质品种选育、病害抗性改良、适应新生态环境等目标,推动了福建省蔬菜产业不断向前发展。建议充分利用现代信息手段开展资源前期调查和评估;加强种质资源库的管理与追溯,鼓励探究前沿的贮藏、保存技术;充分发挥福建对中国台湾省合作优势,完善闽台种质资源的交流、共享机制。 Germplasm resources are the‘chip’of vegetable breeding innovation,and also an important material foundation for promoting the sustainable development of the vegetable industry.Through the third national survey and collection of crop germplasm resources,total 2091 vegetable resources,covering 39 families,91 genera,and 126 species or varieties have been received and salvaged in Fujian.In recent years,Fujian Province has fully explored and utilized these diverse germplasm resources and genetic information from multiple aspects such as horticultural trait identification,phylogenetic analysis,disease resistance,and quality determination,basically achieving the goals of selecting high-quality vegetable varieties,improving disease resistance,and adapting to new environments,promoting the continuous development of the vegetable industry in Fujian Province.It is recommended to make full use of modern information methods to conduct preliminary investigations and evaluations of resources,strengthen the management and traceability of germplasm resource banks,encourage the exploration of cutting-edge storage and preservation technologies,fully leverage the advantages of Fujian’s cooperation with Taiwan,and improve the exchange and sharing mechanism of germplasm resources between Fujian and Taiwan,China.
