盆底肌肉锻炼结合生物反馈与电刺激在产后盆底肌修复中的应用观察

Application of pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation in postpartum pelvic floor muscle repair

摘要 目的 探讨产后盆底肌修复中采取盆底肌肉锻炼结合生物反馈与电刺激的效果。方法 选取2022年7月—2023年7月河南省第二人民医院妇产科收治的产后盆底肌修复产妇94例进行分析,将以上患者按随机数字表法进行分组,常规组实施盆底肌肉锻炼,治疗组实施盆底肌肉锻炼+生物反馈与电刺激疗法,将两组患者的盆底肌张力改善情况、盆底肌电值、性生活质量、并发症发生率等进行统计学分析。结果 治疗组产妇的Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级例数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组的Ⅴ级患者33例,优于常规组的20例,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的10 s快肌、60 s慢肌等数据优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组产妇的性生活质量均得到改善,但治疗组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率(17.02%vs 2.13%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在盆底肌修复中采取盆底肌肉锻炼结合生物反馈与电刺激治疗后,产妇的盆底肌张力改善良好,盆底肌电值和性生活质量也被显著改善,并发症发生率降低,疗效明显,可在临床长期推行。 Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation in postpartum pelvic floor muscle repair.Methods Totally 94 postpartum women with pelvic floor muscle repair admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the Second People's Hospital of Henan Province from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis, and the above patients were randomly divided into groups using the random number table method. The routine group received pelvic floor muscle exercise, and the treatment group received pelvic floor muscle exercise plus biofeedback and electrical stimulation therapy. The improvement of pelvic floor muscle tension, pelvic floor electromyography value, sex life quality and complication rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the number of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ cases in the treatment group(P>0.05), while 33 cases of grade Ⅴ patients in the treatment group were better than 20 cases in the conventional group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The data of 10 s fast muscle and 60 s slow muscle in the treatment group were better than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the sexual life quality of both groups was improved, but the treatment group was better than that in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(17.02% vs 2.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion After taking pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation treatment in pelvic floor muscle repair, the pelvic floor muscle tension, pelvic floor electromyography value and sexual life quality are also significantly improved, the incidence of complications is reduced, and the curative effect is obvious, which can be implemented in clinical long-term.
