摘要
为优化火力发电厂自动化控制效率,探究现场总线技术应用措施。简要阐述了现场总线概念及优点,以某火电厂2×350 MW超临界供热机组为例,采取Profibus-DP与Profibus-PA总线标准,确定应用范围及方式,进而从主工艺系统与辅助车间两方面出发,制定现场总线技术设计方案。结果表明,火力发电厂自动化控制采取现场总线技术,能够提高系统精度,简化网络结构,优化设备互联。
In order to optimize the efficiency of automation control in thermal power plants and explore the application measures of fieldbus technology,the concept and advantages of fieldbus were briefly elaborated during the research process.Taking a 2×350 MW supercritical heating unit in a thermal power plant as an example,the application scope and methods were determined based on the bus standard.Then,from the two aspects of the main process system and auxiliary workshop,a design scheme for fieldbus technology was formulated.The results show that adopting fieldbus technology in the automation control of thermal power plants can improve system accuracy,simplify network structure,and optimize equipment interconnection.
