摘要
精密加工技术能够与数字化技术、智能制造技术相结合,支持复杂零件的批量化生产和个性化定制,从而推动农业机械制造工艺的现代化转型。基于农业机械制造对高精度、高效率加工工艺的需求,该文通过概述精密加工技术中的超精密切削、磨削、激光加工及先进成形技术等,分析精密加工技术在农业机械关键零部件制造中提高加工精度、延长设备寿命以及降低能耗方面的应用原理及优势,并结合现代农业机械发展的趋势,提出了基于智能制造和数字化技术的精密加工工艺优化方向,展望未来技术在农业机械制造领域的创新应用前景。
Precision machining technology can be combined with digital technology and intelligent manufacturing technology to support the batch production and personalised customisation of complex parts,thus promoting the modernisation and transformation of agricultural machinery manufacturing processes.Based on the demand for high-precision and high-efficiency machining process in agricultural machinery manufacturing,this paper analyses the application principles and advantages of precision machining technology in the manufacture of key components of agricultural machinery to improve machining accuracy,extend equipment life and reduce energy consumption by outlining the ultra-precision cutting,grinding,laser machining and advanced forming technology in precision machining technology and combining it with the trend of the development of modern agricultural machinery,and proposes the Combined with the development trend of modern agricultural machinery,it puts forward the direction of precision machining process optimisation based on intelligent manufacturing and digital technology,and looks forward to the prospect of innovative application of the technology in the field of agricultural machinery manufacturing in the future.
