摘要
简要回顾了残余应力的分类及测量方法,介绍了X射线法、中子衍射法、超声波法和磁性法等物理法测量残余应力的原理、特点及国内外应用情况。对比分析了各种物理法测残余应力的优缺点,对选择物理法进行残余应力测试具有一定的指导意义。
The types of residual stress and measuring methods are briefly reviewed. The principle and feature of X-ray diffraction technique, neutron-diffraction technique, ultrasonic technique and magnetic detecting technique are summarized. Domestic and foreign application of residual stress physical method measurement techniques is also intro- duced. The advantages and disadvantages of residual stress physical method measurement techniques are compared and analysed,instructing choose physical method measurement techniques.
