校企协同育人背景下毕业实习改革体系构建的探索与实践

摘要 “校企协同育人”是校企深度融合的重要内容,是为行业企业输送具有较高职业素养、较强专业技术能力、较高技术革新能力的技术技能型人才的重要途径。该文以温州理工学院机械工程专业为例,讨论现今地方应用型高校毕业实习与企业实习岗位存在内容与实际脱节、“双师型”教师比例低、实习过程不规范等问题,提出包括利用本科暑假拆分毕业实习为3个阶段的实习方式、学院与企业共同牵头的实习过程评定体系及配套“双师型”培养方案的毕业实习新模式,构建凸显专业地方特色的毕业实习改革体系,凸显学生综合能力培养的校企融合实践教学体系,以及以“以学生为中心”教育理念的新教学模式,协同推动专业的综合改革,形成“实验实训基地、创新人才培养、学科专业建设、产教融合联盟”四位一体的协同育人体系,提升专业人才培养质量。 "School-enterprise collaborative education"is an important part of the deep integration of schools and enterprises,and it is an important way to deliver technically skilled talents with high professionalism,strong professional technical ability,and high technological innovation ability to industry enterprises.In this paper,taking the mechanical engineering major of Wenzhou Institute of Technology as an example,it discusses the problems that the current local application-oriented college graduation practice and enterprise practice positions are out of touch with the actual content,the proportion of double-qualified teachers is low,and the practice process is not standardized.This paper proposes a new model of graduation practice,including using the undergraduate summer vacation to split the graduation practice into three stages,the practice process evaluation system jointly led by the college and the enterprise,and the supporting"double-qualified"training program.It constructsa graduation internship reform system that highlights the local characteristics of the major,and a school-enterprise integration practice teaching system that highlights the cultivation of students'comprehensive abilities.And the new teaching model based on the"student-centered"educational concept has jointly promoted the comprehensive reform of majors,forming a four-in-one collaborative education of"experimental training bases,innovative talent training,discipline professional construction,and industry-education integration alliances"system to improve the quality of professional personnel training.
