摘要
"校企协同育人"是校企深度融合的重要内容,校企双方通过教师资源、教学设备、教学内容和课程标准四个方面的资源整合,为行业企业提供具有较高职业素养、较强专业技术能力、较高技术革新能力的技术技能型人才。教学内容的整合是教师资源、教学设备、课程标准整合的核心。阐述了基于企业一线工作岗位整合教师资源、教学设备、课程标准的具体做法,从而达到整合教学内容的目的。
"school enterprise collaborative education"is an important content of school enterprise deep integration.Through the resource integration of teacher resources,teaching equipment,teaching content and curriculum standards,school enterprise both sides provide technical and technical talents with higher professional quality,stronger professional and technical ability,and higher technological innovation ability for Industry Enterprises.The integration of teaching content is the core of the integration of teacher resources,teaching equipment and curriculum standards.This paper expounds the specific methods of integrating teacher resources,teaching equipment and curriculum standards based on the front-line jobs of enterprises,so as to achieve the purpose of integrating teaching content.
