摘要
目的分析正畸微型种植体治疗安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]形患者牙齿美观度、口腔结构及口腔健康的影响。方法根据不同正畸方式,将2020年1月至2023年12月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]形患者80例分为两组各40例。对照组患者接受传统正畸治疗,观察组患者接受正畸微型种植体治疗。结果观察组患者治疗后美观度、咀嚼功能、口腔结构、口腔健康各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]形患者采取正畸微型种植体治疗,可以减轻患者口腔炎症,改善牙周微环境,提高牙齿美观度,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To analyze the effects of orthodontic microimplants on dental aesthetics,oral structure and oral health in patients with Class II malocclusion.Methods According to different orthodontic methods,80 patients with Class II malocclusion fiwere divided into two groups of 40 cases each from January 2020 to December 2023 in Ningde Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University.The control group and observation group were treated with traditional orthodontic and orthodontic micro-implant,respectively.Results Aesthetics,masticatory function,oral structure and oral health indexes of the observation group were better fithan those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Orthodontic flmicroimplants can reduce oral inflammation,improve peridental microenvironment and enhance dental aesthetics in patients with Class II malocclusion,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
