摘要
目的针对成人错颌畸形患者采取口腔正畸、修复联合治疗的预后展开分析与研讨。方法选取2021年1月—2022年10月肥城市中医医院收治的98例成人错颌畸形患者为研究对象,应用随机抽签方法分为对照组和观察组,各49例,分别应用口腔正畸治疗、口腔正畸联合修复治疗,将临床效果实施对照分析。结果治疗后,观察组各项临床指标均比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.96%高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.404,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用口腔正畸联合修复的方式对成人错颌畸形患者展开治疗,有助于提升其临床疗效,改善各项指标,患者并发症发生率更低,适合使用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the prognostic effect of combined orthodontic repair treatment for adult malocclusion.Methods A total of 98 adult patients with malocclusion in Feicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included as the study objects,from January 2021 to October 2022,and applying the method of random draw into control group and observation group,each with 49 cases.Orthodontic treatment and orthodontic repair treat⁃ment were used respectively.The clinical effect was analyzed.Results The clinical indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%,which was higher than that of the control group 83.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.404,P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of orth⁃odontic repair in the treatment of adult patients with malocclusion is helpful to improve their clinical efficacy,improve various indicators,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is suitable for use.
