摘要
由于三阶段DEA模型可以消除环境和随机因素带来的影响,很多学者应用它来处理包含环境因素影响的效率和绩效的评估问题。本文在分析该模型的原理和应用的基础上,提出该模型的第二阶段在应用时存在的分歧和问题,并通过对环境变量的合理调整,应用三阶段DEA模型在消除了环境和随机因素影响的基础上对高校的信息化建设有效性进行了评估。最后本文对三阶段DEA模型在应用上存在的问题进行了归纳和总结,并指出了下一步工作的研究方向。
Since the three-stage DEA model can remove the effect of environment and random factors,many scholars use it in efficiency evaluation which is affected by environment.This paper studies the theory of three-stage DEA model and then reveals a few problems of the model in the second stage.Through the adjustment of environment variables,this paper uses a group of data of ICT constructions to practice the model successfully,and meanwhile it concludes that the three-stage DEA model still has some problems waiting to be solved in the future.
