摘要
目的 探讨乳腺癌中c erbB 2、E cad蛋白表达与临床病理参数 ,淋巴结转移 ,临床预后的关系及其相关性。方法 应用免疫组织化学二步法技术检测 72例乳腺癌组织中二种蛋白的表达状况。结果 c erbB 2蛋白的超表达 ,E cad蛋白表达下降与病理分级、核分裂、淋巴结转移、生存期短等不良因素呈正相关趋势。结论 c erbB 2 ,E cad蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达呈负相关 。
Objective The aim of the present study was to investigate the between the gene protein expression of c\|erbB\|2,E\|cad and clinical data, and to analyse the correlation among these two gene proteins in the prognostic determination of human breast carcinoma . Methods In 72 cases of breast carcinoma 2 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results The gene protein over expression of c\|erbB\|2 and decrease expression of E\|cad was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,short survival.Conclusion The gene protein expression of c\|erbB\|2 and E\|cad was lift correlated and was alone give play to action with the origin and development of breast carcinoma .
