摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化快速康复护理在多指离断再植术患者围术期的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2024年2月在顺德和平外科医院行多指离断再植术的160例患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(n=80)和试验组(n=80)。参照组采用常规护理,试验组在参照组基础上采用医护一体化快速康复护理。比较两组患者断指再植成活率、血管危象发生率,焦虑、抑郁程度,护理满意度。结果:与参照组对比,试验组断指再植成活率更高,血管危象发生率更低(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分均降低,且与参照组对比,试验组更低(P<0.05)。与参照组对比,试验组环境与指导、关心与爱护、服务与技术评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化快速康复护理在多指离断再植术患者围术期的应用效果显著,可以提升患者断指再植成活率,降低血管危象发生率,缓解负面情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated medical care and rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing replantation surgery of multiple finger amputations.Methods:A total of 160 patients who underwent replantation surgery of multiple finger amputations in Shunde Heping Surgery Hospital from March 2019 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the reference group(n=80)and the experimental group(n=80).The reference group received routine care,and the experimental group received integrated medical care and rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the reference group.The survival rate of amputated finger replantation,the incidence of vascular crisis,the degree of anxiety and depression,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The survival rate of amputated finger replantation in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the incidence of vascular crisis in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale decreased in two groups,and the score in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the experimental group had higher scores of environment and guidance,care and love,and service and technology(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated medical care and rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing replantation surgery of multiple finger amputations has a significant effect,and can improve the survival rate of amputated finger replantation,reduce the incidence of vascular crisis,alleviate negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
